Diving
All Snorkel Operators will need the following:
* A valid snorkel license
* Snorkel leaders must be registered with the Department of Fisheries
* Snorkel leader must be certified in First Aid/CPR, open water diver, or life saving qualifications
* A competent boat operator
* Rescue floats, a first aid kit and an oxygen kit on board
* No more than 30 persons per snorkel group (i.e.with 2 snorkel leaders)
* Abide by the rules and regulations of the SMMA/CAMMA
* Give briefing to the snorkelers before they enter the water, highlighting relevant laws as well as conservation and safety measures for this activity
